"You're fucking with my brain but that's not where I want to be fucked" - Penthesilea
Penthesilea (1808) by Heinrich von Kleist is a grand and compelling love story, written as a whirl of sexual frenzy. Performance duo De Markiezinnen goes into battle with this highly romanticist chunk of literature, armed with grotesque imagination, absurdity, roaring guitars and a lot of sweat. A quest for female pleasure of mythical proportions.
